Transfer-Function Conditions for the Stability of Neutral and Volterra Integrodifferential Systems

In this paper we study the feedback interconnection (a) of two neutral systems and (b) of two Volterra integrodifferential systems. We show that under very mild assumptions the closed-loop system pair is internally stable iff every transfer funtion which occurs around the loop is holomorphic in a right half plane containing {s: Re s≥0}.
