In this paper, delay-dependent guaranteed cost observer-based control for neutral systems with time-varying delays is considered. Control and observer gains will be given from the linear matrix inequality feasible solutions. Optimal guaranteed cost observer-based control which will minimize the guaranteed cost of the system is provided.

Keywords: delay-dependent criterion; observer-based control; guaranteed cost control; neutral systems.
