Informational Relationship Measures

ADNAN M. AWAD and AHMED A. ABU-TALEB

Department of Statistics, Yarmouk University Jordan

This paper gives the definitions of ten normed information rates as measures of relationship between two random variables. The behaviour of these measures have been considered in the case of a bivariate uniform model. Numerical comparisons between the measures are made, in order to choose a measure which has some advantages over the other measures.
